I. INTRODUCTION
Kristi Rhines appeals the denial of her claim for occupational disability benefits under the Public Employees' Retirement System. Rhines worked as an administrative assistant for the University of Alaska Fairbanks and claims that she developed tendinitis and other injuries as a result of her extensive use of a computer keyboard and mouse.
