The Plaintiff, Margaret Mary Kelley (“Kelley”), brings this action against the Defendant, Sun Microsystems, Inc. (“Sun”), alleging that Sun discriminated and retaliated against her on the basis of her sex and age in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended by the Civil Rights Act of 1991, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e et seq.
