MEMORANDUM OF DECISION AND ORDER

The plaintiff, Brien O’Hazo (“O’Hazo”), brings this action against the defendant, Bristol-Burlington Health District (“the Health District”), alleging that he was unlawfully discriminated and retaliated against because of his sex and his age in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e, et seq.
