ORDER

HENDERSON, District Judge.

This matter is before the Court on the motion of each defendant in each action for partial summary judgment. The actions have been consolidated pursuant to Rule 42(a), F.R.C.P. In each action the plaintiff alleges three claims, namely, breach of contract, violation of the South Carolina Unfair Trade Practices Act (“UTPA”), §§ 39-5-10 et seq., Code of Laws of Soúth Carolina, 1976, as amended, and conversion.
