ORDER
DUFFY, District Judge.
This matter is before the court upon Plaintiffs Motion to Amend Complaint and Add Party. For the reasons set forth herein, the court grants Plaintiffs motion.

John Crago (“Crago” or “Plaintiff’) owns real property located in Beaufort County, South Carolina. On August 29, 2003, Crago and his ex-wife, Celeste Marie Welch-Crago (“Ms. Crago”), entered into a loan transaction with Defendants Kenneth Kaufman (“Kaufman”), Brock T.
