*16Daisy Outdoor Advertising Company, Inc. brought this action for interference with an existing contractual relationship against Dean Abbott, who does business as Abbott Company Outdoor Advertising. Abbott counterclaimed for interference with existing contractual relationships and for violation of the South Carolina Unfair Trade Practices Act, S.C. Code Ann. §§ 39-5-10 to -350 (1985 and Supp. 1993) (UTPA). The trial judge, sitting without a jury, found against Daisy on its claim and found in Abbott’s favor on Abbott’s counterclaims.
