NORTON, District Judge.
This matter is before the court on a veritable plethora of post-trial motions following a June 2000 jury trial in this matter.1
I. Factual Background
Plaintiff commenced this action on July 28, 1998, asserting state law causes of action against Employee Resource Management, Inc. (“ERM”) for breach of contract and violation of the South Carolina Unfair Trade Practices Act (“SCUTPA”).
