T1 The complainant, Oklahoma Bar Association (Bar Association), charged the respondent, Robert I. Mayes, Jr., with two counts of professional misconduct involving the mishandling of settlement funds 1 and failure to cooperate in the grievance process. 2 Upon a de novo review, 3 we hold that clear and convincing evidence 4 supports findings of the respondent's misappropriation of settlement funds belonging to two minors and his failure to cooperate in the grievance process.
