The plaintiff corporation is extensively engaged in business, a part of which is the manufacture and sale of typewriters. One of its factories, with accompanying offices, is located in the city of Syracuse, and in it the corporation has long been furnishing work for more than 1,600 employees. The individual plaintiffs are persons who claim that they have been damaged in their persons and that their property rights have been invaded by defendants and by others acting in co-operation with defendants.
