This is an action for, inter alia, an injunction in a labor dispute. The litigation arises as a result of a strike against plaintiff, Kay-Fries, Inc., a manufacturer of intermediate organic chemicals at a 66-acre plant in Stony Point, Rockland County. The strike commenced July 1, 1979 and Kay-Fries, Inc. sought, by order to show cause dated July 2, 1979, to restrain defendants from obstructing ingress to and egress from the plant.
