HOLMAN, Judge.

Plaintiff, Mission Insurance Company, filed this suit seeking a declaratory judgment concerning its obligations under a policy of automobile liability insurance issued to Seth A. Ward. It alleged that it was not obligated to defend or to pay any judgment that might be rendered in a suit that had been filed against Seth by his grandson, Mark S. Ward, and Mark’s father Clifford.
