OPINION

HAIRE, Presiding Judge.

In this special action proceeding, petitioners contend that the respondent trial judge’s order, which required that they post security for costs in the amount of $20,000, was arbitrary and capricious, and constituted an abuse of discretion. After considering the special action petition, response and the oral arguments of counsel, this Court entered its order finding that petitioners had no plain, speedy and adequate remedy by appeal, and granted the relief requested by petitioners.
