PELANDER, Chief Judge.
¶ 1 Manuel Ruesga, as personal representative and on behalf of the Estate of Robert Ruesga (hereinafter “the estate”), appeals from the trial court’s order granting a motion for relief from judgment, filed pursuant to Rule 60(c), Ariz. R. Civ.
