On his pleas of guilty, February 27, 1939, of the crime of incest and the crime of carnal knowledge of a female child, defendant was sentenced to imprisonment in the state penitentiary for not more than ten years on each charge, the sentences to run concurrently. From the judgment entered March 2, 1939, the defendant did not appeal.
