This is a suit for specific performance of an oral contract to convey real estate and personal property and for other relief by way of injunction.

Prior to 1933, plaintiffs had been residents of Berrien county, Michigan. While living in Michigan, plaintiff Frank Guzorek had some farming experience, although his main trade or occupation was that of a machinist. In 1933, plaintiffs moved to Chicago where Frank Guzorek was employed at his trade as machinist earning an average wage of $25 per week.
