On July 25, 1973, a judgment was entered in Oakland County Circuit Court declaring the zoning ordinance of the Township of Bloomfield unconstitutional as applied to plaintiff’s property. From that judgment the defendant township appeals.
Plaintiff Land Development Corporation 1 is the land contract purchaser of a parcel of land located in Bloomfield Township. The land was purchased in November, 1972, for $130,000 and contains 6.597 net acres.
