The plaintiff complains that the single-family residence zoning of his property is unreasonable. He appeals a judgment denying his claim.
The plaintiff owns a lot 2 in the City of Birmingham, Michigan. The lot is in a block bounded by Maple (15-Mile) Road on the north, Forest Avenue on the south and Adams Road on the east. The lot is located at the southeast corner of the block, i.e., at Forest and Adams.
The northerly and southerly dimension of the block is 800 feet, the westerly and easterly dimension is 400 feet.
