This is an appeal by plaintiff from a summary judgment of no cause of action granted defendant in Wayne County Circuit Court on December 27, 1966.

The action involves an agreement between plaintiff and defendant by which defendant contracted to provide care, room and board to plaintiff’s mother. Plaintiff contended in his complaint that this agreement contained an implied contract requiring defendant to reasonably notify plaintiff in the event of illness of his mother.
