An appeal by defendants from a judgment entered in favor of the plaintiff quieting the title to certain real and personal property.

On March 11, 1920, an agreement for the purchase and sale of the property was entered into between the plaintiff and defendant Kishan Singh. The purchase price was $11,500, which defendant agreed to pay in installments, with interest, as follows: $1,000 upon the execution of the agreement, which payment was acknowledged; $1,500 on or before four years after date and at least $1,500 each year thereafter until one-half of the purchase price had been paid, whereupon…
