NAUGHTON, Senior Judge:

Following mixed pleas, a military judge sitting as a general court-martial convicted *576the appellant of an indecent act with a female under sixteen years of age, communicating a threat, indecent exposure, breaking restriction (two specifications), failure to repair, and forcible sodomy with a child under sixteen years of age, in violation of Articles 134, 86, and 125, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. §§ 934, 886, and 925 (1982).
