PERRY, Judge.

The appellant was found guilty by a general court-martial of the offenses of larceny and wrongful appropriation in violation of Article 121, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. § 921. He was sentenced to a bad-conduct discharge, forfeiture of all pay and allowances, confinement at hard labor for a period of 2 years, and reduction to the lowest enlisted grade.
