Opinion

DALY, J.

The plaintiffs, Dennis Kenney, Muriel Jordan and Jay Jacobs, appeal from the trial court’s judgment following a trial to the court. The plaintiffs claim that the trial court improperly failed to find that the defendants (1) violated the Connecticut Unfair Trade Practices Act (CUTPA), General Statutes § 42-110a et seq., (2) breached the implied warranty of merchantability included with every contract for the sale of goods and (3) were hable to them for fraudulent nondisclosure. We affirm the judgment of the trial court.
