This action was commenced by the filing of a complaint in the Noble Circuit Court on September 25, 1968, by the Appellee, Shirley Jordan Noble, by her next friend, Earl Jordan. Said complaint alleges that on the 16th of April, 1966, Appellant, Indiana Insurance Company, issued a certain automobile liability insurance policy to the Appellee, Shirley Jordan Noble.
