Floyd Calvin Roberts, a Texas inmate convicted of delivery of marijuana to a minor, appeals the district court’s order dismissing his application for habeas corpus relief. We affirm.

Roberts was convicted and sentenced in Texas state court for delivery of marijuana to a minor. The Texas court of appeals affirmed his conviction on December 23, 1999, 1 and overruled his motion for rehearing on February 10, 2000. Roberts did not file a petition for discretionary review.
