The respondent Michael B., a juvenile, appeals from the granting of the motion by the state’s advocate and the state’s attorney1 to transfer his case from juvenile matters to the adult criminal docket2 on the charges of two counts of murder in violation of General Statutes § 53a-54a,3 one count of capital felony in violation of General Statutes § 53a-54b (8),4 and one count of felony murder in violation of General Statutes § 53a-54c.5 In order to transfer the respondent’s case to the adult criminal docket, the transfer court was *366required to find probable cause as to the elements of each of…
