This action, arising out of the condemnation of the plaintiff’s land, was based primarily on misrepresentation. This issue was found against the plaintiff and no attempt was made to correct the finding. The plaintiff still claims, however, that the method adopted by the defendant in acquiring the land was unauthorized and illegal.
