This suit was instituted i nthe District Court of Anderson County, Texas, by W. J. Brightwell et al. against International-Great Northern Railroad Company for an injunction to restrain the Railroad Company from drilling or permitting to be drilled any well for oil or gas on a certain portion of its right-of-way in Rusk County, Texas.
