This is a suit in equity, brought by James P. Mooney and others who are property owners in Drainage District No. 1, Richardson county, to obtain an injunction to prevent the said drainage district and its officers from dissolving said district until the judgment of the district court on the mandate from the supreme court in the case of Mooney v. Drainage District, 126 Neb. 219, 252 N. W. 910, has been fully performed and all outstanding indebtedness of said district is discharged.
