FURMAN, PRESIDING Judge.

Petitioner, W. R. Kelly, being prosecuted in the county court of Blaine county, Okla., for the offense of criminal libel, filed with the clerk of said court an application for a change of judge, alleging in substance that respondent, Hon. George W. Ferguson, the regular judge of said county court, was so biased and prejudiced against petitioner that petitioner could not have a fair and impartial trial before said judge.
