¶1 Intervenor Westport Insurance Corporation appeals from a Kittitas County Superior Court order finding reasonable a $1 million consent judgment for Doris Marie Green against attorney Jeffrey Barker and his law firm Barker & Howard (collectively Mr. Barker), who was Westport’s insured under a legal malpractice policy.
