OPINION
SUSAN LARSEN, Justice.
Appellant L.C.F. appeals from a judgment ordering his commitment for temporary in-patient mental health services. We affirm.
Facts
On the evening of August 5, 2002, Officer Gabriel Aguirre of the El Paso Police Department was dispatched to the 10,000 block of Tapier in El Paso, Texas.
