1Opinion of the CourtDanner, J.

Plaintiffs in error brought suit against the defendants in error to recover on a promissory note for $900, dated August 16, 1929, executed by the defendants Dave Walker and Ether Walker, husband and wife, in favor of A. I. Thompson, guardian. The cause was tried to a jury, and on the conclusion of the presentation of plaintiffs’ evidence the court sustained the demurrer of the defendants Paul Stewart and Berta Keene Stewart to the evidence and directed a verdict in favor of such defendants. From such order, and the order overruling their motion for a new trial, the plaintiffs appeal.
