Jensen v. Hugh Evans & Co.

These actions have been consolidated for hearing on appeal. In each there are two appeals by separate groups of third party claimants from a single judgment de termining that title to the funds in controversy rests in the plaintiffs and not in the appellants. In action number 16,970 there is also an appeal from an order striking motions for new trial.
