The plaintiff, Tina M. Randolph, seeks reconsideration of this court’s order en tered on February 17, 2009, 630 F.Supp.2d 741 (S.D.Tex.2009), granting the defendants’ motion to dismiss her copyright infringement claim under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(6), without leave to amend.
