MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
KEITH STARRETT, District Judge.
This matter is before the court on a Motion for Summary Judgment [# 27] filed on behalf of the defendants, Robert St. John and Robert St. John.com, LLC. The court, having reviewed the motion, the response, the pleadings and exhibits on file and being otherwise fully advised in the premises finds that the motion is well taken and should be granted.
