NEBEKER, Associate Judge.
This is an appeal from a judgment against appellant Standley on his complaint seeking return of architectural fees advanced to appellee Egbert. The written contract was terminated due to the inability of the architect to design the desired home within the orally agreed cost limitations. The appeal is also from a partial award of Egbert’s counterclaim for additional compensation.
