Ivan Calderon pleaded guilty to possession with intent to distribute 500 grams or more of a mixture or substance containing methamphetamine. In his plea agreement, Mr. Calderon waived his right to appeal his sentence. He was sentenced to 151 months in prison. Mr. Calderon timely appealed, and his…
