Defendant-Appellant Marcus G. Hahn was convicted of marijuana and firearms violations and sentenced to forty years’ imprisonment. In a second prosecution for sexual-exploitation offenses, Mr. Hahn entered into a plea agreement in which he waived the right to appeal his sentence.
