This is an action to recover upon a fire insurance policy issued by defendant to plaintiff, covering a stock of general merchandise. Plaintiff had a verdict in the court below. Defendant moved the court for judgment notwithstanding such verdict, or for a new trial, which was denied, and it appeals from the judgment entered on the verdict. Appellant assigns some thirty errors, but counsel have classified them under seven propositions, and we will consider them as so classified.
