I. INTRODUCTION

Before this Court are challenges by Defendants Beckstrom Electric Co. (“Beckstrom”) and Extensia Technologies (“Extensia”) that certain causes of action asserted by Plaintiff TEGG Corporation (“Plaintiff’) in its Second Amended Complaint (Docket No. 56) 1 are preempted by the Copyright Act of 1976, 17 U.S.C. § 101 et seq.
