I. INTRODUCTION
In this case, Plaintiff Jennie Nicassio alleges that Defendants Viacom International, Inc. ("Viacom") and Penguin Random House LLC ("Penguin") are liable to *385her for copyright infringement, unfair competition, tortious interference with prospective advantage, and tortious destruction of intellectual property.
