Stripped of frivolous issues, this is a dispute between neighbors over the level of Duck lake in Oakland county. The parties to .the instant suit own adjoining lands. Plaintiffs’ property lies to the south of defendants’ property.

If the normal level of Duck lake is 1,014.63 feet 1 above sea level, or less, as claimed by the plaintiffs, the northernmost lake waters would not touch the defendants’ land in the area known as the bay, and. consequently the defendants would have no littoral rights 2 in this area.
