THE COURT.

Plaintiffs instituted an action for rescission or damages based on the alleged fraudulent procurement of the termination of an agency contract and the sale by them to defendant Ex-Cello-0 Corporation (hereinafter referred to as Ex-Cell-O) of shares of capital stock of Sealed-Pure Systems, Inc., (hereinafter referred to as Sealed-Pure). Judgment in the trial court was in favor of the defendants. The plaintiffs appealed. •

The question presented is whether the findings of the trial court are supported by the evidence and furnish support for the judgment.
