Martin Hinojosa entered conditional plea of guilty to the charge of possession of marijuana with intent to deliver, for which he was sentenced to 108 months in the Arkansas Department of Correction. Pursuant to Ark. R. Crim. P. 24.3, Hinojosa reserved the right to appeal the denial of his motion to suppress evidence found in his vehicle.
