h Pursuant to Rule 24.3 of the Arkansas Rules of Criminal Procedure, appellant Francisco Gerardo Rodriguez entered a conditional plea of nolo contendere to possession of cocaine with intent to deliver, possession of methamphetamine, and possession of drug paraphernalia. For reversal, Rodriguez argues that the circuit court erred in denying his motion to suppress on the basis that the police officer did not have probable cause to believe that he committed a traffic violation. We affirm.
