Plaintiff Daniel Sudnick, a former Senior Advisor to the Iraqi Ministry of Communications under the Coalition Provisional Authority (“CPA”), has sued the Department of Defense (“DoD”) and Dr. John A. Shaw, a former Deputy Undersecretary of Defense and DoD Deputy Inspector General.
