This action was brought, pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 405(g), 1 for judicial review of a final administrative decision denying the plaintiff’s claim for disability insurance benefits under the Social Security Act. The matter is now before the court on the parties’ cross-motions- for summary judgment.
