MEMORANDUM OPINION

BOGUE, Chief Judge.

Plaintiff, Peter J. Gronbeck, brought this action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 405(g) to obtain judicial review of the final decision of the Secretary of Health and Human Services, denying his claim for disability benefits.

Plaintiff first applied for disability benefits on May 9, 1980. He stated that he became unable to work as a travelling sales representative as a result of convulsions, seizures, and other conditions which occurred on April 14, 1980, and continued thereafter. The application was denied initially, and upon reconsideration, was again denied.…
