WILLIAMS, Justice.

This action was brought by Robert E. Clark, hereinafter referred to as plaintiff, against Juanita Jean Hawkins, hereinafter referred to as defendant, to recover damages for personal injuries alleged to have been sustained by plaintiff while riding as a guest passenger in defendant’s automobile. The cause was tried to a jury and at the close of plaintiff’s evidence the court sustained a demurrer to the evidence and instructed the jury to return a verdict for the defendant.
