BLACKBIRD, Justice.

This appeal involves an action for damages for personal injuries resulting from a “head-on” collision between a 1951 Model Ford Sedan, and a 1954 Model Buick Sedan, on a roadway that is a part, or an extension, of Tulsa’s South Lewis Avenue, at a point south of said city’s 81st Street, in the direction of Jenks, Oklahoma, on Sunday afternoon, June 23, 1957. Plaintiff in error, who was plaintiff in the action, is the father of the 16-year-old driver of the Ford, James Thomas, or J. T.
